WASHINGTON, D.C. — D.C. United play their last match of the 2026 MLS regular season Saturday at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., where New York City FC visit for a 4:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

The Black-and-Red have 33 points from a 7-14-12 record, sitting 12th in the Eastern Conference and carrying a five-match losing streak. The latest defeat was a 3-0 result at Columbus Crew on October 31. At home this year the club is 5-6-5.

New York City FC arrive ninth in the East, holding 39 points on a 9-12-12 mark. Their most recent outing, a 1-1 draw against visiting CF Montreal, left them with a single win across the last six, and they are 4-6-6 away from home.

Washington won the first meeting this year, 2-0 in New York back on May 3. Across 25 regular-season meetings New York holds an 11-9-5 edge, yet the Pigeons have gone 3-6-3 when they play in the District.

Head coach Rene Weiler will be without several regulars. Forward Louis Munteanu, who scored both goals in the May win, defender Kye Rowles and goalkeeper Sean Johnson are all listed as injured. Defender Lucas Bartlett has chipped in four goals and an assist.

For the visitors, midfielder Nicolas Fernandez leads the club with 16 goals in 32 appearances.
