Meanwhile, an adult man was found with gunshot wounds on 16th Street NW around 9:45 p.m. He suffered injuries to the back and chest but is expected to survive. Another adult man was discovered with a gunshot wound on Rosedale Street NE shortly after 11 p.m., and police are looking into whether the shooting occurred at the site where he was found.
Additionally, two adult men were found with gunshot wounds on Benning Road NE just before midnight. Both were conscious when transported to hospitals. Police have described the suspect in the Benning Road incident as a slim man approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a puffy coat, light pants, and white shoes.
