Washington, D.C. – Georgetown University’s men’s golf team has officially announced its 2025 fall and spring schedules, featuring a series of competitive events aimed at challenging the players against some of the top programs in collegiate golf. The announcement was made by Head Coach Tommy Hunter, detailing a robust lineup for both seasons.
The fall season launches on September 5 with the Rod Myers Invitational, hosted by Duke University at the prestigious Duke University Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina. Following this, the Hoyas will travel to Annapolis, Maryland, for The Goat event, taking place on September 20-21 at the Navy Golf Course. One of the highlights of the fall schedule is the 41st Annual Georgetown Intercollegiate, which the team will host for the second consecutive year at Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield, New Jersey on October 6-7. This event is particularly significant as it brings together numerous respected programs and is a showcase of the team’s hosting capabilities.
The Hoyas will also compete at the Hamptons Intercollegiate on October 6-7 at the historic Maidstone Club in East Hampton, New York, followed by their own intercollegiate tournament. The fall season will conclude with participation in the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate, hosted by Old Dominion at Kilmarlic Golf Club in Okatie, North Carolina from October 26-28. The spring season kicks off on March 10-11 with the Donald Ross Collegiate, hosted by George Mason University at Mid-Pines Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. On April 12-13, Georgetown will participate in The Princeton Intercollegiate at Springdale Golf Club in New Jersey. The regular season will come to a close with the Boilermaker Intercollegiate on April 19-20 in West Lafayette, Indiana, hosted by Purdue University. The season will conclude with a fierce competition at Callawassie Island Golf Club in Okatie, South Carolina during the BIG EAST Championships.
