Washington, D.C. — NetJets said Monday it will build a new exclusive-use private terminal at Washington Dulles International Airport as part of a four-airport U.S. expansion announced Oct. 12, 2026.

Dulles ranks among NetJets five most popular destinations for its customers. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027, converting more than 14,000 square feet across two floors of an existing Signature Aviation building into lounges, private VIP suites, a family room, and connected levels for private aviation travelers in the Washington metropolitan area.

The same announcement covers new private terminals at Dallas Love Field in Texas and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado, plus a larger replacement terminal in West Palm Beach, Florida.

NetJets is partnering with Signature Aviation and Vantage Aviation on the projects. Dallas plans include a nearly 114,000-square-foot complex with a private terminal and service hub hangar targeted to open in late 2028.

The company, which offers fractional aircraft ownership and private jet card programs, said the investments aim to add passenger lounges, private meeting areas, aircraft parking, and dedicated ground support as demand grows among business and leisure private-jet travelers.
